I Saw Black Clouds is an interactive psychological thriller that combines investigation, horror, and the paranormal. This is not publisher Wales Interactive’s first venture into the interactive film realm, as they also gave us Late Shift, The Complex, The Bunker, and Five Dates. This new game was developed by Ghost Dog Films (Crucible of the Vampire and The Singing Bird Will Come), and it boasts a rather intriguing cast of Larry Rew (Underworld 3), Nicole O'Neill (Penny Dreadful), and Rachel Jackson (Outlander). I was always wondering what if I can control what the characters do in a horror movie so I can avoid walking straight into a death trap, you know, like a broken wodden house in the middle of no where, or an abandoned lab with green blood traces on the ground, etc. I was literally like "what face" when seeing the characters in the movie going straight into those shitholes, so I was kinda interested when finding out I can actually choose what to do in this movie like game. However, the worst part is: the limited acting skill of the characters is making me feel like my choices doesn't mean anything. Like, she obviously know what'll come later and asked me what to do. Okay.. I don't hate it, but as a game, no thanks.
