Space Colonizers – The Sandbox is a misleading title to a clicker game. I honestly thought this might be some kind of space exploring colonizing sandbox game, but no it’s a clicker game, you just click on the rocks to gather more matter and can also gather matter automatically once you unlock Aliens to work for you. Eventually you can upgrade enough to grow the rock into a planet. Once you grow it into a planet you simply move on to the next one. It’s very simple but at least its not all auto. You do have to click like a maniac to maximize your matter earnings. The ads aren’t forced on you too much. None show up automatically. But you do have the option to watch ads to get more materials. At least the choice to watch them is yours. I don’t think I will play this more than I have already. I’m not really a fan of clicker games, and this one isn’t really anything special.

Space Colonizers - The Sandbox is a fantastic example of how idle games can be simple and extremely entertaining at the same time without being absolutely boring and filled with ads. TIME PLAYED I played Space Colonizers for two hours, with each level lasting between ten to twenty minutes. Missions became much more difficult as I progressed, so levels might take longer than twenty minutes later in the game.

Space Colonizers – The Sandbox is a bright and somewhat colourful game that I originally thought was a sandbox game, since Sandbox is in the title... But no, I was surprised to find out that this game is actually a casual clicker game.  Gameplay wise, Space Colonizers – The Sandbox is a vertical clicker game where you regrow planets that have been destroyed. You must gather enough matter to upgrade atoms, molecules and later things such as atmosphere and water. You can click like crazy on the rock to increase your matter intake, as well as upgrade your atoms, molecules, atmosphere and water as well as others as much as possible with the help of aliens you meet along the way to bring the planet back to what it is.

It's just an idle clicker so far, simulation and strategy it does not have at all not even a little bit, there's not even any choice in what to upgrade you upgrade whatever completes the planet the fastest
