Modify resolution, anti-aliasing, etc. There is an option reading "ZANGEKI" that will modify the amount of cuts you can make.

This game is an absolute rollercoaster ride of pure action, you look around and see hundreds of games depriving you of action with boring trailing missions and dialogue made in royalty free-iPad film maker but this game made in 2013 throws you right at the action and let's you completely devour it. Within the first 10 minutes you fight a missile launching mech, chop it's arms off and then slide off of a crumbling tower to slice it in half. And then there's the soundtrack which also is an amazing masterpiece of music. Just play this Gem of a game.
